Privacy Policy

LessBot is a text-fixing tool built and maintained by the LessBot team. This policy explains what data we collect and why.
What we collect
- Your email — provided at checkout so we can send receipts and let you unlock LessBot on other devices.
- The text you rewrite — sent to Anthropic (Claude Haiku 4.5) only to produce the rewritten sentence. We do not store or log the text of your messages beyond the moment of the rewrite.
- Payment details — handled entirely by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI, or bank details. We only record that a subscription is active.
- Basic technical data — IP address (for rate limiting only), a signed session cookie, and a guest identifier cookie. No third-party analytics, no ad trackers.
Who we share it with
- Anthropic — receives the message text you submit, briefly, to generate a rewrite. Not used for training their models (Anthropic's API terms apply).
- Razorpay — receives your email and payment info to process the subscription.
- Resend — receives your email to deliver receipt and login emails.
- Supabase — hosts our database, storing your account row and subscription status.
We do not sell or rent your data. Ever.
Your rights
- Ask for a copy of everything we store about you — email hello@lessbot.app.
- Ask us to delete your account and all associated data. We'll do it within 7 days.
- Cancel your subscription anytime from your Razorpay receipt links.
