Using LessBot
How would you describe LessBot in one line?
Depending on who’s asking, any of these are accurate: “Paste a messy text, get a clean one.” “It fixes anxious texts.” “It’s ChatGPT for the texts you’d otherwise never send.” “The tool for the 5 seconds between ‘I need to send this’ and ‘sent.’” “It fixes the texts you’d otherwise leave in drafts for 3 days.”
What does LessBot actually do?
Paste an anxious or rambling draft, pick a tone (Dating, Savage, Slack, Landlord…), tap Fix it. LessBot returns one clean, confident sentence. No prompt to write.
How is this different from ChatGPT?
ChatGPT is a general-purpose horse. LessBot is a single-purpose knife for a specific moment — you want one sentence, in a specific tone, right now. No prompt engineering, no editing three variations, no losing the courage to send.
Is there an app to download?
No. LessBot lives at lessbot.app. Open it in any browser on any device, paste, tap. Add it to your home screen if you want one-tap access without downloading anything.
Do I need to sign up to try it?
No. Four free rewrites per day, no email, no card. Signup only appears at checkout if you decide to upgrade.

How much does Pro cost?
$5/month or $29/year. In India: ₹99/month or ₹599/year (UPI + Cards + Wallets supported).
What’s Founder pricing?
Anyone who signs up before Sept 30, 2026 is grandfathered at their signup rate forever. If we raise prices, Founders keep paying the original amount as long as they don’t cancel. Real deadline, real lock-in.
What if I cancel?
Cancel anytime from your Razorpay receipt or by emailing us. You keep Pro until the end of the billing period you already paid for. No pro-rated refunds on partial months.
Any refunds?
Yes — case by case within 7 days if you barely used it. Details on the Refund Policy page.
Privacy
Do you train AI on my rewrites?
No. Every rewrite goes to Anthropic’s API and comes back — we don’t retain them for training. Anthropic’s own retention policy applies.
Where is my history stored?
Locally in your browser (localStorage). Last 20 rewrites, never leaves your device. Clearing your browser wipes it.
What data do you keep?
Email + subscription status. That’s it. Full details on the Privacy Policy.
Technical
Which AI model?
Anthropic Claude Haiku 4.5. Fast (usually <1s), cheap (~$0.001 per rewrite), and quality-tuned for one-sentence output.
Does it work offline?
No — the rewrite itself needs an internet connection. History and the interface work offline once loaded.
Any API for developers?
Not right now. LessBot is a consumer tool. If there’s demand for an API, email us.

A real product with real subscribers. Solo-built. Bootstrapped. Small on purpose.
