Terms of use

ToonInvite makes invitation and greeting cards with the people in your photo drawn as a cartoon. It is run by LessBot (lessbot.app, “we”), which is why our emails and your payment receipt say LessBot. By using ToonInvite or paying for a card you agree to these terms.

1. What you get

• Free preview. Before you pay you see your card with your details and your own photo, marked “PREVIEW”. The preview is made on your phone and is not the final cartoon.
• Digital invitation (₹99). After payment our AI draws the cartoon and you download the finished card without the watermark.
• Video invitation + digital card (₹199). The digital invitation, plus a 12-second animated video with music, made on your phone right after the cartoon is drawn. If your phone can’t make it, we make it and email it to you, usually the same day and always within 48 hours.
• Redraws. Each payment includes three drawings: the first and two free redraws. Attempts that fail don’t count.
• Custom cards. For occasions we don’t list, we reply with a price first. Nothing is charged until you agree.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are in Indian rupees and include all taxes that apply. Festive offer prices (₹99 picture, ₹199 with video) apply to orders paid by the end of 9 Nov; after that the regular prices are ₹149 and ₹299. Payment is one-time, with no subscription and no account. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.

3. Delivery

The picture is delivered on the page as soon as the cartoon is drawn, usually within a minute of paying. Please download it straight away. If you lose it or anything goes wrong, email us within 30 days with your payment ID and we’ll send your cartoon again.

4. Cancellations and refunds

• If we can’t draw your cartoon or deliver your card or video, you get a full refund.
• If you are unhappy with the drawing, use your free redraws first. If you are still unhappy, write to us within 7 days of paying and we’ll fix it or refund you.
• If you were charged twice for the same card, we refund the extra payment in full.
• Because each card is made for you and delivered at once, we don’t offer refunds for a change of mind after a card you were happy with has been downloaded.
• Approved refunds go back to the same payment method through Razorpay, usually within 5–7 working days.

5. Your photo and the people in it

• Only upload photos you have the right to use, of people who are happy to appear on the card. For children, the parent or guardian must be the one making the card.
• Don’t make cards that pretend to be from someone else, use a celebrity’s or public figure’s face, or are hateful, sexual, or meant to harass anyone. We may refuse or cancel such orders (with a refund).

6. The finished card

The card is yours for personal use: share it, print it, send it to as many guests as you like. You may not resell it or our designs. The background music in the videos is licensed for use inside your card only. We won’t use your card in our ads or anywhere else without asking you first.

7. AI drawings

The cartoon is drawn by an AI. It aims to keep everyone recognisable, but details such as clothes, jewellery or backgrounds may differ from your photo, and no two drawings are identical. Please check names, date and venue before you pay: the card shows exactly what you typed.

8. Our responsibility

We do our best to keep ToonInvite working well, but it is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, our total responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

9. Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
