ToonInvite is run by LessBot (lessbot.app). This page explains, in plain words, what happens to your photo and details. In short: your photo stays on your phone until you pay, is used once to draw your cartoon, and we don’t keep it.

Your photo

• Before you pay, the preview is made entirely on your phone. Your photo is not sent to us or anyone else.
• After you pay, your photo is sent once to our server and passed to Google’s Gemini AI to draw the cartoon (and again only if you ask for a redraw). Google processes it under its API terms. We don’t save your photo.
• The finished cartoon is sent back to your page, and a copy comes to us by email with your order (see below), so we can help if you lose it.

Your card details

Names, date, time, venue and, for video orders, your email are saved with your payment at Razorpay, so the order can be checked and delivered. Razorpay keeps payment records as the law requires. For every order we also receive an order email with these details and the cartoon, so we can resend it if you ask; we delete it within 30 days.

Custom card requests

If you request a custom card, we receive your description and your email, use them only to reply about your card, and delete them within 90 days.

Usage data

• Product analytics (PostHog): which pages you open and steps such as “preview made” or “payment started”, with the occasion and style. Never your photo, names or details.
• Your IP address, kept only as short-lived counters to stop misuse (for example, too many orders from one place in a day).

We don’t sell your data, don’t use it for advertising profiles, and don’t use your photo to train AI.

Who else is involved

• Google (Gemini) – draws the cartoon after payment.
• Razorpay – takes the payment and keeps the order record.
• Resend – delivers order emails to us.
• PostHog – product analytics, as described above.
• Vercel – hosts the website.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us anything about this page. Email hello@lessbot.app and a real person replies within 48 hours. If you are in India, the EU or the UK, you also have the rights your local data protection law gives you.
